We chose an organic cuvée vinified by the cooperators of Terre de Vignerons & Berticot because among the Members of La Winetech, we like to combine 2 passions, techno & wines!
It is a dry white, with a very light yellow color with brilliant reflections! A pretty nose with typical vegetal notes of the majority grape (85%), Sauvignon, without going overboard! On the palate, the wine presents a beautiful acidity with a touch of richness, contribution of Semillon, second grape for 15%! A beautiful aromatic persistence carried by the salivating acidity of Sauvignon! A cooperative wine awarded an 86/100 by La Revue du Vin de France. You want to know more ?
